General Information
Funtay is a manufacturer and wholesaler of piercing and fashion jewelry. Our factory is located in Dongguan and office in Shenzhen. Dongguan is gathered with one-stop support facilities and skilled craftsmen. It enables us to supply premium jewelry by combining with our responsible, honest and dedicated efforts.
We’re a factory and trading company together. It’s not possible to buy all jewelry from one factory. As a factory, we can supply jewelry at reasonable prices. By trading, we can offer as many choices as possible. It’s for our customers’ convenience. More than 10 000 styles are stocked in our warehouse. No matter self-produced or traded, all jewelry are 100% checked before shipment. Quality is guaranteed.
You’ll get reasonable prices with great service and worry-free quality. You time and enery will be saved when you cooperate with us.
We strictly QC every piece before shipment. After you receive our jewelry, you can sell them to your clients directly, without worrying endless complaints. Your time and energy spent on solving after-sales problems are also money. There might be tiny issues of our jewelry, because QC is done by human. But we’ve minimized these. Our defection rate is much lower than many other suppliers.
Besides, we send some free-of-charge products along with your orders (not for samples and trial orders;customized orders need to be discussed), which are enough to cover the costs of defections (if there’re).
If you find defective or incorrect products, we take quick actions to solve the issues. Most can be solved within 1-2 working days after you contact us. Communication with us is smooth. Funtay strives to support your business and help you build good reputation among your clients.
Yes, please contact our sales team.
We’re a wholesaler. Currently, online purchase isn’t available for safety’s sake. If our website is hacked, there’s a chance to disclose customers’ personal and bank info. It’s more important to protect your info. Besides, this is more flexible to place orders offline, because our sales can check stock and talk about product details with you.
Thus, at this moment, we decide not to put prices on website, which is not an online store.
For piercing, almost all types like cartilage, lip, nose, eyebrow, belly button, etc.
For fashion, such as earring, necklace, bracelet, ring, anklet, etc.
It’s recommended to refer to our product page.
It’s reasonable to check quality and service through samples. We believe the purpose is establishing cooperation. Considering many people ask for samples everyday, sorry we’re not able to make these free.
If you don’t have designated models, we can pick up several free-of-charge styles from our stock for you to check the craft and quality, but you’re responsible for freight and importing taxes.
We suggest to order 30 pcs per size/color. However, we have stock of most jewelry on our website. As long as they’re in stock, small quantity is supported, including 1 or 2 pcs.
But everyday, in and out, we may run out of stock of some styles. If it happens, we’ll see the situation and discuss a solution with you.
After receiving your order list, our sales will check stock for you.
It depends on the products. We usually add logo by laser engraving. If the jewelry aren’t difficult to be located, then yes. But all packings and labels can be added with your logo. We’ll discuss the costs according to the styles you need.
Yes. The certificates of jewelry are mainly for raw material.
The titanium we use is grade 23 Ti-6Al-4V-ELI , certified to ASTM-F136 and REACH.
The surgical steel is certified to REACH.
If other certs are required in your country, we will consult labs. If they can do these, we’ll apply for these after our cooperation starts.
Mainly packed in polybags and bubble bags. We’re open to talk about the way of package if you have special requirements.
Yes, but as a wholesaler, we focus on delivering high-quality jewelry at fast time. We send the jewelry to professional piercing studios for sterilization. Extra costs will be charged.
We suggest you to do sterilization, because you can charge fees and make some profit from it.
We’re doing 4-step QC:
1) Materials are checked before production.
2) After production, we’ll do a random check of the finished products, like color, appearance, function, size, etc.
3) Before shipment, our QC will strictly and carefully check every piece, to make sure you receive the products in good condition.
4) After being backed in bags, our sales will double-check the models and sizes again. Sales are familiar with your orders. If all are ok, then we’ll pack your products in the carton.
Most jewelry are in stock. But everyday, in and out, some styles may run out of stock temporarily. After receiving your order list, our sales will check stock for you.

It’s our responsibility to protect our customers’ info, so we’re not able to send their contacts. If you cooperate with us,we’ll protect yours and won’t let others bother you, too.

G23 (Grade 23) is medical-grade titanium. It’s ISO standard. G23 titanium can be used to produce piercing tools (medical grade) and piercing jewelry (implant grade). Implant-grade G23 is Ti-6Al-4V-ELI.
F136 is implant-grade titanium. It’s ASTM standard (American Society for Testing and Materials) for implant-grade piercing jewelry. ASTM F136 is G23 Ti-6Al-4V-ELI.
Thus, F136 is included in G23. As for piercing jewelry, they refer to same thing.
PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating, also known as thin-film coating, is a process of coloring a solid material. It is vaporized in a vacuum and deposited onto the surface of the solid material. These coatings are not simply metal layers. Compound materials are deposited atom by atom, forming a thin, bonded, metal or metal-ceramic surface layer that greatly improves the appearance, durability, and/or function of a part or product.
Most of our pvd adopts 18k solid gold, a few 14k gold. The color lasts long time, and are water and sweat proof.
Pricing and Payment
In-stock styles:
1) After receiving our price lists, please let us know what you need: model no., size, color, quantity, etc. By email/message/pdf/excel, any way you like.
2) We check stock, delivery time and send you a proforma invoice(PI).
3) You confirm the PI and settle payment.
4) We process your order, QC and ship it.
5) You clear customs, pay importing tax and fees and receive the parcel.
Customized styles:
1) Design and get the pre-production samples and prices confirmed by you.

You can pay us by bank transfer(T/T), paypal, Western Union, etc.
We’re open to talk about this if you order in big bulk. Because we do 100% before shipment, our defection and mistake rates are much lower than many other suppliers. It saves you from being bothered by endless complaints. Time and energy are also money. If we don’t devote much time to QC, we can make prices lower. But it’s not what we’re pursueing for, as we define ourselves as a helper and supporter. You’ll not buy expensive at Funtay.
No, we only accept 100% payment before shipment.
We’re selling to the whole world. Freight and tariff (importing tax&handling fees) vary in different countries. It’s not possible to add these on prices. If it’s higher, this isn’t fair to you. But if lower, it’s not fair to us. Thus, all our prices DO NOT include freight and tariff. Customers are responsible for customs clearance.
For orders below USD2000, 100% pre-payment; more than USD2000, 30% pre-payment, and balance 70% paid before shipment.
Transfer fee will be covered by customers. For big amount orders, we’re open to talk about this.
