How Do We QC?

Every jewelry we manufacture undergoes a rigorous production process. We utilize specialized equipments which are operated by skilled technicians, and ultimately deliver flawless finished products to our customers.

Funtay defines itself as a business supporter and helper. We assist our customers to focus on selling jewelry without being bothered by endless complaints. By working with us, your time and energy will be saved. Our QC works consist of 4 steps as below:

1. Materials are checked before production.

2. After production, we do a random check of finished products, like color, appearance, function, size, etc.

3. Before shipment, our QC strictly and carefully check every piece, to make sure you receive the products in good condition.

4. After being packed in bags, our sales double-check the models and sizes again. Sales are familiar with your orders. If all are ok, we’ll pack your products in the carton.

After these 4 steps, our defection rate will be minimized. Besides, we usually send some free-of-charge products along with your order ( depending on order value and jewelry styles; customized orders need to be discussed). All QC works are done by human. Tiny issues might happen. The FOC products are used to compensate your loss.
