Logistics and Transportation

In order to help you sell our jewelry without worries, our QC carefully check every piece before shipment. Thus, delivery time (order processing time) are different:
1) If total quantity isn’t big and all are in stock, usually 1-3 workings days for processing.
2) If quantity is big and all are in stock, usually 1-2 weeks.
3) If some jewelry are out of stock, usually 2-3 weeks or more. We’ll see the situation and discuss with you.

We usually ship orders by express, like DHL, UPS and Fedex. On-the way time varies to different countries, usually around 1 week if no delay at customs. To remote areas, it may be longer.

As for how long you’ll receive your order, the time=processing+on the way. We suggest to check with our sales after placing your order.

We usually ship orders by express, like DHL, UPS and Fedex. Either way, you’re responsible for clearing customs and paying importing tax&handling fees. Our prices don’t include freight, importing fees&handling fees.

After shipping your order, our sales will send you the tracking number, so you can track on express’s websites.

Because countries and customers are different, our prices and freights DO NOT include insurance. If you require it, we’ll check the fee with insurance company. You’ll get a compensation from them if your parcel is lost. But there’s no refund of insurance fees if you receive the parcel. So far, we don’t have any parcel get lost.

It depends on where you’re from and the weight of your parcel. Consult with our sales please. We can ship by quick and slow ways and let you know the freights. You decide it.

It didn’t happen to us before, so please don’t worry too much about this.
If it happens, we’ll see who should be responsible for this, and talk how to solve this problem with responsible attitude.
But we’re not responsible for the delay or confiscation by your customs. It’s beyond our control. Customers should know if they have the ability to clear customs before purchasing from other countries.

Normally, it takes 3-7 working days to Europe and North America, 5-10 working days to remote regions. At peak season, like November and December, it may take longer time.
We are not responsible for shipment delays due to the reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal to accept parcel delivery, customs postponement, acts of God, and any delays caused by natural disasters.

Return and Replacement

Even we strictly QC every piece before shipment, mistakes might occur, because all QC works are done by human. If it happens, we’ll take actions according to the situation:
1) Mistakes made by us
If we ship incorrect products, sizes or colors, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately after getting your confirmation. If you don’t mind, we’ll do these in next order. If you don’t want to wait, we can arrange re-shipment or refund by paypal if you use it.

2) Defective products
After we strictly QC every piece, this problem seldom happens.
Defections includes bad color, function, thread problems, etc. You can request a refund or replacement of defective products within 30 days after receiving the parcel.

Model number
Size
Quantity
A picture/video showing the defection

Usually, we don’t need the defective products to be shipped to us if quantity isn’t big.

We do 100% full QC of every piece, so the defective products are minimized, sometimes, no defections, sometimes, only several pieces in one order. If it happens, you don’t need to ship the defective products back if quantity isn’t big, we’ll arrange replacements or refunds directly.
However, if we ship wrong sizes, colors or models by mistake, we’ll see the quantity and decide whether to have them shipped back and how to compensate you. We’re open to talk about this.
If the mistakes are caused by us, there’s no extra charges of refunds or replacements.
